Monaghan New Produce has a long history in the Fruit Vegetable Industry. The Potatoes and Potato Seed are produced in the rich soils of both the Gippsland and Otway’s regions of Victoria, as healthy as the golden sands of the mallet. With our powerful connection with the growers we are qualified to supply most varieties of potatoes and potato seed, which suit most needs. We supply the well known potato growing areas in South Australia with quality Certified Seed. We also supply local crisping companies with potatoes to be made into your favorite chips. As well as factories in Thailand, Vietnam, Phillipines and Indonesia. Where modern growing practices using center pivots and efficient horticulture practices ensures product of a consistent high quality in the onions we supply. They are harvested mid summer through to late autumn, big-hearted us nearly a year round supply. We have supplies of brown, cream gold, white and red onions to face the customer’s demands. Through our Onion Peeling Operation we calm supply the major food processors with the identical quality Peeled Onions as over 35 years ago. Through our SF 200 certifications we continue focused on improving our quality standards. In 2001 a major upgrade of the facilities were undertaken with new sheds and white room constructed, which remains our production room today. Our refrigeration equipment and peeling machines are regularly updated to offer us a fresh and efficient operation. The main fruit lines are Grapes, Pears and Apples. Countries we import from include the USA, Netherlands, Mexico and Fresh Zealand. Like most of our business we have built up lengthy standing relationships with the people we buy our products from. We use both Sea and Airfreight to fit in with our customers needs. We are able to force many other products honest ask.
