Alternatively, the beach across the road is a huge spot with a surf rod with the expansive beach offering a solid chance to make a catch! We also hire boards out all year round so it's never too slow to get in the water and give surfing a go! Walk through some of the prettiest rain forests on the Vast Ocean Road. The waterfall is rated as one of the closest ones to the great ocean road which means not too much walking for the kids! As the walk is based locally, you can walk in confidence knowing they are never away should you need them.
