The cottage is self contained with a fully equipped kitchen dining area, two bedrooms, (one with a queen bed, the second with two king singles) large living room entertainment area, and bathroom laundry. The property is positioned in a quiet and private cottage garden with outdoor settings and BBQ all within a brief walking distance to shops and beaches.

To maintain our standards for all guests we require that definite conditions be complied with. It is anticipated the cottage will be orderly and tidy, in an acceptable state of repair, with all dishes washed dried and put away, stove and bench tops clean, all rubbish placed in exterior garbage bins. The property is situated in a quiet residential area and in the interests of our neighbors your booking is accepted on the express condition that there is no disturbance after 10 pm. The tariff charged is for domestic use only and for the use of our paying guests. For those who calm find it necessary to smoke indoors (which is very obvious to nonsmokers even in winter when the fire has been used) excess cleaning charges will be incurred for the arid cleaning laundering of easy furnishings. Curtains, rug, cushions, lounge, bedding etc. Applies with confirmation of reservation and applies if cancellation is caused by the client. In the event that any property is damaged maliciously, or beyond normal wear and tear, or in the event that property belonging to Bed of Roses is lost or taken during booking, management reserves the correct to charge the plausible cost for fix or replacement of that property to the guest, and in that regard, the guest acknowledges that the charge may be charged to the facility worn for payment of the booking.
